For Personal Loans, Unsecured Loans, Car Loans & Debt Consolidation Loans the interest rates are from 9.95% p.a. to 32.5% p.a. Ask us, and we can review your situation.
For Mortgage Lending rates; they start from standard bank rates to second or third tier funding rates. We may be able to negotiate a better rate depending on your circumstances.

PRIVACY ACT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AUTHORISATION
I /we understand that Kakapo Consultants Ltd t/a APM Finance & Loans and/or associated Lenders (“KCL t/a APM”) is asking for personal information about me to use Equifax New Zealand Information Services and Solutions Limited’s (“Equifax”) or Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) credit reporting service to credit check me/us, including to verify my/our identity KCL t/a APM & or associated Lenders may be required to do by laws, such as the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act 2009 (“AML laws”).
I /we understand Equifax or D&B will give KCL t/a APM or associated Lenders personal information about me.
I /we understand KCL t/a APM or associated Lenders will give my/our personal information to Equifax or D&B, and they will hold that information and use it to provide their credit reporting service.
I /we understand that when other Equifax customers use the Equifax or D&B credit reporting service, they may give that information to them, including for the purpose of assisting their customers to verify my/our identity as they may be required to do by AML Laws and we authorise them to do so.
I/we consent to Equifax or D&B (or the Ministry of Justice) disclosing to KCL t/a APM or associated Lenders any information they hold relating to any overdue fines that may be outstanding against me/us.
I/we understand KCL t/a APM or associated Lenders may use Equifax or D&B in future, for purposes related to the provision of credit to me/us. This may include Equifax’s or D&B’s monitoring services to receive updates if any information about me/us changes.
I/we understand that if I/we default in my/our payment obligations to KCL t/a APM or associated Lenders, information about that default may be given to Equifax & D&B, and they may give information about my/our default to other customers or Equifax & D&B.
If Funders ask me/us to provide my/our driver’s licence number/s to help KCL t/a APM or associated Lenders my/our identity, I/we understand that they may pass this information onto their credit reporting services. I/we understand that disclosure of my/our driver’s licence to Equifax & or D&B is voluntary
I/we consent to KCL t/a APM or associated Lenders obtaining a credit report.
Pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, the Privacy Bill, and the new Privacy Act 2018, I/we authorise Kakapo Consultants t/a APM Finance & Loans or associated Lenders to access my driver licence record using New Zealand Transport Agency (‘NZTA’) Driver Check service so that Kakapo Consultants t/a APM Finance & Loans or associated Lenders can access information about my/our driver’s licence including the licence class(es) I/we hold, the licence endorsements I/we hold, the conditions on my/our licence and the status of my/our licence and to contact Equifax Limited, or D&B or any financial institution, bank, regional and district council, government department or government agency my/our employer/s, Landlords (both now and in the future), my/our mortgagees, their respective solicitors and any real estate/rental agencies and NZTA, to obtain, check and exchange (both now and in the future) such personal, financial and commercial information for the purpose of considering this and/or any subsequent application, the protection and administration of any loan arising out of this application (both now and in the future) including for the purposes mentioned above and to assist in the enforcement of any agreement between myself/ourselves and Kakapo Consultants t/a APM Finance & Loans or associated Lenders.
I/we authorize Kakapo Consultants t/a APM Finance & Loans or associated Lenders disclose the information to any third party who has or may have in the future a financial interest in my/our loan.
By submitting online application, I/we confirm I/we understand that I/we have the right to know who is collecting and holding information and also the right to have access to it and to correct it if it is wrong. Rectifications will need to be verified, any costs incurred will be charged on, upon discussion.
